Shipping and Returns
Shipping information
Shipping is charged by weight, as it appears on your order at checkout.
UK orders are sent tracked Royal Mail in 2-4 days, which costs £5.20.
For International orders, the shipping cost is £30.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note we do not provide free returns shipping. les keepers is not responsible for any losses occurred in the return process.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item,
so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We don’t accept returns of used or damaged tablecloths.
International Returns are not available at the moment.
Exchanges
Goods sold within the UK can be exchanged within seven days of receipt. Please contact us on pablo@leskeepers.com to request an exchange.
If your exchange item is less the value of the original, we will issue a credit note for the difference. Unfortunately we can’t offer exchanges on
international sales at the moment.
Once we receive the item, please allow seven working days for us to process your exchange. Exchanges are void if the product has been damaged or dirty from use.
